- On the product page from the drop-down menu select your item size and/or colour if listed.
- Check the appropriate radio button with your selection of product add-ons.
- Add your engraving/printing details.
- Upload artwork/logo images.
- Enter your required quantity and you will see an updated unit price.
- Click ‘add to cart’ and you can continue to add more items to your shopping cart or go to the ‘cart’ page to check-out.
- Your order will be emailed to us and a copy to you. Once we receive your order we will get back to you to confirm stock availability along with an delivery cost if required.
- For all awards in the ‘Corporate’ category we will email you an artwork proof for approval to make sure there are no errors or changes that need to be made prior to engraving.

We accept Cash, EFTPOS,Visa or Mastercard, Cheque and direct deposit.

Once we confirm your order will forward you an invoice for payment and when the payment is received and funds are cleared, we will proceed with your order.
- We hold the utmost respect for your privacy and your information will never be shared with third parties.
- The details of your order will only be discussed with contacts you nominate and consent to.
- We will not use your information for any other purpose than for marketing our own products or contacting you with regards to your order.
- Most orders are shipped at a flat rate of $16.50 for NSW and QLD. For VIC, NT, WA and SA a shipping amount of $44.00 will apply (however, this will be quoted on your order confirmation email).
- For interstate deliveries we use Fastway and for Sydney and local deliveries Fastway or Go Logistics.
- Delivery times are usually 1-2 days for Sydney and Local areas and 1-3 days for interstate deliveries.
- You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your order when we confirm it is ready for pick up.
- Completion time depends on the content of your order. You will be advised of a completion date once we receive your order and confirm stock availability.
- Please advise of any deadlines you have when placing your order.
The following is to used as a gauge only:
- Standard awards & medallions, 5-7 working days + delivery*
- Corporate awards, 5-7 working days + delivery from artwork sign off.
- Gift-ware unbranded, 3 days + delivery; with branding 5-7 days + delivery from artwork sign off.
During peak season (August to November and March) additional production days may be required. Please allow for additional product time and order early.
- When you create an account at the ‘check-out’ a copy of all orders you place with us through our website are stored in your account files.
- You can then login to your account at anytime to view previous orders.
- The staff at Macarthur Trophies & Engraving take the utmost care in processing your orders, but we are human and mistakes can occasionally happen, if you find a discrepancy in your order please notify us immediately and we will make sure the problem is rectified ASAP.
- We do not accept returns if the order has been fulfilled to your requirements, however if there is something that you have overlooked or a mistake has been made, we will work closely with you to fix the problem to produce a positive outcome.
- We do not accept returns for any item that you approved and has been custom made to your specifications.

The sizes and colour of the products displayed on our website could vary slightly and we will not be held responsible for any variations in products.
Once payment is made and funds cleared the order is deemed an order and you have committed to the purchase of the awards. If you change your mind and Macarthur Trophies and Engraving have ordered the products no refund will be given, however if this situation arises please contact us to discuss what stage your order is up to.
